- A strong portfolio demonstrating work
 
- Obvious talent for artistic design and a penchant for creativity
 
- Superb time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
 
- Strong analytical skills to imagine how players and fans would perceive artwork and messaging
 
- Excellent communication skills to effectively confirm and express information to marketing and production teams
 
- Working knowledge of page layouts, both print and web
 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field

What You’ll Do
We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Brand Designer to join our contract team. You will work closely with various teams to create graphic assets and branding for video games, including campaign visual identity and production-ready promotional material. Our ideal candidate must be collaborative and self-driven.
In this role, you will:
- Work with graphic designers, marketing, production, and esports teams to carry out the scope of visual projects.
 
- Develop graphics for product promotion, logos, websites, social media outlets, in-game branding, print, and internal projects.
 
- Collaborate with design leads to set the visual direction for campaign efforts.
 
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout for multiple applicable mediums.
 
- Present design and layout ideas to marketing for approval and execution.
 
- Incorporate changes recommended by marketing into future and established designs.
 
- Review designs for errors or additions before approval, publishing, and/or print; maintain an archive of images, logos, photos, and related items.
 
- Prepare files for handoff to the Production studio, including layer organization and cleanup.
 
- Work closely with the graphic design team throughout the execution of ideas or initiatives.
 
Compensation: $45.00-50.00/HR
