About the Role:
The Operations Manager (Digital Marketing) will act as the operational backbone of the business β essentially an extension of the founder.
This role requires someone who can:
- Think critically and strategically
- Manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Improve systems and processes
- Ensure execution across departments
- Take ownership without micromanagement
You will oversee daily operations and coordinate between:
- SEO
- Web development
- Link building
- Reviews & reputation management
- Client fulfillment
This is not a task-only role. It requires initiative, accountability, decision-making, and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate has experience in SEO, websites, or digital marketing operations and is comfortable proposing improvements, making decisions, and holding team members accountable.
π Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Management
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments
- Ensure team members execute tasks on time and according to strategy
- Act as the βglueβ between departments to keep workflows aligned
- Track progress across all active client accounts and internal projects
Strategy Execution & Optimization
- Review SEO and website strategies created by the team
- Refine, adjust, and improve execution plans as needed
- Ensure alignment between research, implementation, and client goals
- Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
- Research and test new operational strategies to improve delivery speed and results
Systems & Process Building
- Build, document, and improve internal systems and workflows
- Utilize tools such as:
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Google Ads
- Google Keyword Planner
- Zapier
- Track KPIs, client performance, and project progress
- Maintain dashboards and reporting systems for leadership visibility
Quality Control & Accountability
- Ensure high standards across SEO, websites, backlinks, and review management
- Monitor client satisfaction and fulfillment quality
- Proactively identify risks and solve issues before escalation
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines and quality standards
π― Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in operations management, project management, or digital marketing operations
- Working knowledge of SEO, websites, backlinks, and Google-based lead generation
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Experience working with marketing agencies or lead generation companies
- Familiarity with construction or local service-based businesses
- Experience managing remote or international teams
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
