They offer a diverse suite of services, including managed print solutions, proactive cybersecurity, cloud computing, and unified voice communications. By focusing on modernizing technical workflows and streamlining document management, they help organizations reduce operational costs and improve efficiency through cutting-edge hardware and custom software integrations.
About the Role:
The Client is seeking a versatile, high-execution Marketing Generalist—or, as they put it, a "Marketing Swiss Army Knife." While they have a robust outbound sales engine generating 40 leads per week, their social and inbound presence is currently "non-existent."
You will be responsible for building the digital presence from the ground up while supporting a highly personalized sales process. This role requires a blend of creative design, technical execution, and the ability to leverage existing industry resources to create a polished, professional brand image.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Print Media
- Custom Sales Collateral: Create high-quality, custom-branded folders, brochures, and sales materials for specific client presentations.
- Technical Print Management: Manage technical specifications, including full-bleed designs and US paper sizes (8.5" x 11").
- Vendor Resource Leveraging: Maximize the use of vast marketing libraries provided by vendors, performing minor design tweaks and brand alignment to deploy professional assets quickly and efficiently.
- Content Adaptation: Leverage, rebrand, and customize existing partner resources (videos, newsletters, and marketing assets) for company-specific use.
- Multimedia Production: Basic video editing for promotional projects and social snippets.
2. Lead Intelligence & Research
- Prospect Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on "Top 250" prospects to gather actionable business intelligence.
- Strategic Messaging: Assist in tailoring marketing messages based on research to ensure the "right message at the right time."
3. Digital Systems & Automation
- CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM, including landing pages and sales funnels.
- Drip Campaigns: Develop and maintain automated drip marketing campaigns for qualified prospects.
- AI & Bot Building: Learn, deploy, and manage "bot builders" for the website and social media platforms to automate client interactions.
- VSL Strategy: Help build and launch a Virtual Sales Letter (VSL) strategy.
4. Social Media & Paid Growth
- Platform Management: Establish a consistent presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Growth Strategy: Provide strategic input on potential paid ad budgets (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and SEO opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance and suggest optimizations to capture inbound opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
