Job Description
We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to run our client’s social media pages and oversee online presence by;
- Creating engaging content
- Creating strategies
- Monitoring usage statistics
- Managing social campaigns
- Staying up-to-date with digital technologies and social media trends
- Possessing outstanding communication abilities.
- Briefly, managing the Client’s social media presence to grow the online traffic and consumer interaction to boost our marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Create multi-channel social calendars with complete ownership of the copy.
- Define important social media KPIs, set specific objectives, and report on ROI
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Engage in social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Analyze competitor activity on a regular basis
- Work closely with designers to ensure top-notch content quality
- Suggest and implement new content types to develop brand awareness and drive engagement
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven work experience in social media, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with web design is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices
