A Marketing Manager, or Marketing Department Manager, is responsible for overseeing a team
of marketing professionals within the marketing department. Their duties include relaying
information between upper management and department employees regarding budgets and
daily procedures, overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote business
products and services and hiring and training department employees.
Developing marketing strategies for new products
Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
At least 2 or more years Managerial experience in BPO Marketing Management or related field
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tool
