Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack & AI

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in enterprise software development, modern front-end technologies, and software architecture. The ideal candidate combines deep Java/Jakarta EE and React/TypeScript expertise with the ability to define technical strategies, modernize complex platforms, and drive engineering excellence.

In this role, you will help shape the architecture and technical direction of a mature enterprise platform, establish front-end development standards, support application modernization, and promote the effective use of AI-assisted development tools and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve software architecture and technical strategy across engineering teams.
• Drive technical decisions while balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term platform evolution.
• Modernize mature enterprise applications toward more modular and cloud-native architectures.
• Establish scalable and maintainable front-end architecture using React and TypeScript.
• Define reusable UI patterns, component strategies, and development standards.
• Support the adoption and evolution of modern UI frameworks and design systems.
• Guide containerization and orchestration initiatives using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices and identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
• Contribute to AI-related capabilities, integrations, and developer platforms.
• Promote engineering best practices, automation, TDD, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads and contribute to technical assessments and recruitment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to align technology with business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing enterprise software solutions.
• Strong Java/Jakarta EE development expertise.
• Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience defining software architecture and technical strategy.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience working with large and complex codebases, including enterprise application modernization.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD practices, and Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is highly desirable.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and understanding of modern AI integration patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

• Experience with financial, ERP, or other business-critical enterprise platforms.
• Experience with legacy technologies and mixed-technology environments.
• Working knowledge of C/C-based systems.
• Experience with AI services, APIs, developer platforms, or MCP integrations.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and technical leaders.
• Experience working in international, distributed engineering teams.
