We are looking for an Inbound & Growth Marketing Specialist to help us grow qualified reach and lead generation for our conferences and membership network - turning the content generated through our events into a repeatable inbound and lifecycle marketing engine, while running structured marketing experiments.

The role is fully remote and offers real ownership over how we plan, test, and measure our marketing — working closely with international colleagues. You will work hands-on across content, email, SEO/search visibility and distribution, while collaborating with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Programme, Social & Video.

• Own and improve inbound & growth marketing execution across content, email, website, SEO, and social distribution. Support paid campaigns when relevant.
• Repurpose event generated content: recordings, transcripts, interviews, speaker insights, and member stories into useful content packages
• Coordinate organic amplification with host and member company communication teams, speakers, members and attendees.
• Write and continuously test conversion-focused messaging for individual events and audiences
• Build, optimize, and maintain landing pages and registration funnels, and run structured tests on what actually moves signups (subject lines, invite formats, audience framing)
• Set up and maintain reliable tracking for traffic, content downloads, and funnel conversion, so decisions are based on real behavior rather than raw visit counts
• Improve organic visibility across traditional SEO and AI-driven search
• Plan, execute and improve email campaigns, the IR newsletter and event nurture journeys that keep prospects and past attendees engaged between events
• Use AI tools as part of your regular workflow to speed up content creation, campaign iteration, and performance reporting
• Partner with Sales, & Programme teams to to understand which audiences, companies, topics and behaviours produce high-quality guests and commercial opportunities, and share what's working across teams
• Maintain an editorial and experimentation calendar, prioritising higher-value events and content opportunities
• Identify and propose new marketing approaches, channels, or tools worth testing

Requirements

• Proven track record running inbound or growth marketing campaigns with measurable lead-generation or conversion results
• Strong, demonstrable copywriting skills in English, with the ability to turn complex subject matter into clear, useful content for senior professional audiences
• Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO, email/lifecycle marketing and conversion fundamentals; familiarity with AI-search/AEO/GEO is a plus
• Comfortable working hands-on with analytics and tracking tools, and able to diagnose funnel or engagement problems from the data, not just report on it
• Comfortable working in CMS and marketing automation tools (HubSpot), and able to learn new systems quickly
• Regular, practical experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for content, campaign testing, or reporting
• Able to work independently, manage multiple campaigns/events at once, and prioritize with minimal oversight
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in working in membership-based, B2B business, events, and familiarity with corporate innovation, HR or marketing topics is a plus (but not required)
