Using design thinking, lean startup, and a powerhouse network, we create ventures with real-world impact.

The Role: UI/UX Designer

We’re hiring a full-time UI/UX Designer to join one of our venture teams at InnovArise. This venture is focused on creating financial inclusion solutions for blue-collar workers in Latin America — bringing accessible, user-centred digital products to life.

As the venture’s dedicated designer, you’ll lead user research, product design, and prototyping from the ground up. You'll work closely with the product lead, developers and business strategists to craft intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and deliver measurable impact.

This is an opportunity to build a product with purpose, in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where your design decisions directly shape the future of the venture and the future of blue collar workers.

Full-Time Role:

· Lead user research, design strategy, and product development within the venture team.

· Design and test intuitive, human-centred digital experiences.

· Shape brand identity and growth design (landing pages, pitch decks, marketing visuals).

· Contribute to product-market fit through continuous experimentation.

What We’re Looking For:

· 10+ years of UX/UI or product design experience (startups or venture studios preferred).

· Strong portfolio of fast, high-quality UI/UX Design, prototyping and user flows.

· Expert in Figma; bonus for tools like Webflow, Framer, Bravo, Glide.

· Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and evolving inputs.

· Passion for social impact and improving lives through design.
