💼 What You’ll Do:

• Design innovative and eye-catching packaging for a variety of products
• Ensure final artwork meets technical print specs and quality standards
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and production teams to align visuals with brand strategy
• Prepare and proof files for production, ensuring accuracy in color, layout, and dielines
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on flexible packaging
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of prepress processes and color management
• Experience working with print suppliers and reviewing press proofs
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A portfolio showcasing packaging design work (flexible packaging preferred)
