Innova Solutions is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Strategist to drive the growth and strategic direction of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. This high-impact, externally facing role focuses on shaping integration strategies through APIs, identifying emerging markets, and cultivating key channel partnerships—moving beyond traditional product delivery.

With strong executive visibility, the ideal candidate will blend business development expertise with deep industry insight, defining how RCM solutions connect, scale, and deliver value across the healthcare ecosystem. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to anticipate market shifts, influence vendor strategy, and unlock new growth opportunities within the revenue cycle landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research through client visits and industry analysis to refine solution strategies.
Define and communicate solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead vendor management efforts, coordinating meetings and strategic communications.
Oversee the solution roadmap, balancing market needs with available resources.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful features.
Conduct competitive analysis, refining product offerings and pricing strategies.
Gather and apply customer feedback to shape phased product releases.
Drive go-to-market strategies, working cross-functionally to execute initiatives.
Partner with solution marketing teams to enhance demand generation through events, direct marketing, and training programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in solution or product management.
3+ years of experience in healthcare IT strategy or consulting.
3+ years working in an Agile development environment.
3+ years of experience with clearinghouse solutions.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
