Your Mission Will Be

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality .NET solutions using C#, Kafka and Elasticsearch as core technologies;
• Act as a technical reference by reviewing code, improving standards, and ensuring architectural consistency;
• Drive technical strategy, identifying risks and making high-impact decisions with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Mentor and empower engineers, promoting knowledge sharing, autonomy and continuous improvement.

You Will Need

• 10+ years of strong experience in C# .NET with proven expertise in complex, large-scale systems;
• Solid experience designing and operating microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar or similar);
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, DynamoDB or Redis, selecting the right tech per use case;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
