We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Senior Product Designer.

Your Mission Will Be

Lead the design and improvement of platform configuration management and application lifecycle management capabilities;
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and PMs to deliver user-centered solutions.
Conduct research, ideate, prototype, and validate designs through usability testing.

You Will Need

Proven experience designing complex SaaS/PaaS or DevEx tools, with a solid UX/UI foundation;
Proficiency in Figma and design systems, with strong interaction and visual design skills;
Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions;
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

Hands-on experience with analytics and research tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, GA, UserPilot);
Knowledge of DevOps practices, configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
