We’re a consultancy and a software company with a powerful platform (https://clusterix.io/) that’s been used internally — and now we’re ready to go public. Our goal: reach 5,000 active external users in just 3 months.

To get there, we’re assembling a global team of hands-on growth marketers with proven track records of launching products from zero and driving user growth.

✅ What You’ll Do

Use our platform to understand and showcase its value
Create and distribute marketing content, including:
Performance-oriented ad copy (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
Short-form blog posts and landing page copy
Organic social media posts and threads
Promote the platform across relevant digital communities (Reddit, Discord, Twitter/X, Facebook groups, forums, newsletters)
Local and niche professional communities
Drive free signups and active usage — your efforts will be directly tied to measurable growth
Share growth ideas, iterate fast, and learn what channels work

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Freelancers with a proven track record of bringing digital products from 0 to thousands of users.

Able to provide KPI-based proof of previous success: Examples of user growth driven (especially in free users)
Active user benchmarks from previous campaigns
Hands-on with performance marketing and community-led growth
Confident in creating both content and execution strategy
Self-driven, creative, and data-oriented — you can operate independently
SaaS or app marketing experience
Owned niche communities or audiences
