We are seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with strong Python expertise and proven experience independently building, deploying, and scaling production-grade AI applications.

Required Skills:

• GenAI: LLMs/SLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning
• Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
• Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant or pgvector
• Backend: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL
• Deployment: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD
• LLMOps: Model evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, latency and cost optimisation
• AI Architecture: Scalable systems, API integrations and production deployment

Good to Have: LoRA/QLoRA, PyTorch, Agentic AI, MCP, OCR, Document Intelligence, Voice AI and multimodal AI.

What We Expect: Demonstrated ability to take AI solutions from prototype to production with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on AI technical leader to architect, build, lead and own end-to-end AI solutions, guiding multiple engineering teams from concept to successful production deployment and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and technically govern two AI engineering teams, ensuring code quality, accountability and timely delivery.
• Architect and develop scalable, secure, production-grade AI/ML, GenAI, RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
• Independently solve complex engineering challenges, review architecture and code, and contribute hands-on to critical implementations.
• Design, customise, fine-tune, optimise and integrate AI models and systems instead of relying solely on generic third-party AI solutions.
• Own the complete AI delivery lifecycle: solution design, development, evaluation, testing, deployment, monitoring and post-production support.
• Establish strong MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, security, observability, performance and cost-optimization practices.
• Drive continuous innovation, reusable AI frameworks, technical experimentation and product improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage technical risks and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Required Expertise:

• Advanced Python, AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLMs/SLMs, RAG, Agentic AI and LoRA/QLoRA.
• PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases and model-serving frameworks.
• AI solution architecture, backend/full-stack integration, REST APIs and microservices.
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps/LLMOps and production deployment.
• LLM evaluation, guardrails, AI security, inference optimisation, scalability and monitoring.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, ownership and excellent communication skills.

Preferred: OCR, Document Intelligence, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Edge AI and experience building custom AI pipelines or proprietary AI capabilities.
