Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to handle all design requirements across digital, print, and motion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for Social Media (Static, Carousel, Video/Reels) based on approved quarterly templates
• Create assets for Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
• Design and maintain Website assets — banners, product images, and icons
• Produce Print-ready materials — flyers, brochures, and business cards
• Design and layout Magazine issues using Adobe InDesign
• Develop and refresh Social Media templates every quarter
• Ensure all designs strictly follow the Brand Guidelines
• Source assets responsibly from Adobe Stock, Envato, and Freepik
• Manage and organize all files on Google Drive with proper naming conventions
• Track all tasks and deadlines on Google Sheets
• Coordinate with stakeholders for briefs, approvals, and final delivery

Required Skills & Tools

• Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Knowledge of print production (CMYK, bleed, preflight)
• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills (Email, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and motion work
• Experience with brand-driven design
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
