Reporting to: Group IT Operations Director

The Role

The IT Project Manager will manage IT Operations projects at Inizio. You will report to our Group IT Operations Director, and work with our our teams to deliver multiple concurrent IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects using best-practice methodologies, to agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate our teams, internally and externally, being the focal point for the projects and maintaining communication between all team members.
• Develop project plans using industry-standard project principles, identifying and setting appropriate project controls.
• Track delivery against milestones and provide reports on project progress.
• Communicate with resource managers to ensure resources are allocated, coordinated,
• Develop and draft project business cases, with input from specialists, ensuring the appropriate approval to requirements and outcomes.
• Define a benefits realisation strategy and ensure benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked, and owner assigned.
• Maintain a RAID log to track and organise factors that could have an impact on the project over its lifecycle.
• Ensure change management processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables.
• Identify, share, and promote best practices and lessons learned to create a culture of learning and good practice that supports continuous improvement.
• Encourage a positive team environment, promoting high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
