Senior C# Developer

Inia AI is a UK-based start-up whose mission is to leverage generative AI to deliver productivity gains in credit analysis for global financial institutions and corporations.

Our innovative software addresses the manual, costly, and time-consuming aspects of current credit analysis processes. It leverages generative AI for data collection, analysis, credit rating, and report writing in a semi-automated approach designed to assist the human credit analyst's capabilities.

Our software serves as a powerful productivity tool, projected to reduce turnaround times from weeks to hours. It will be a versatile solution capable of handling diverse counterparty types and operate in multiple languages, tapping into a $4 billion annual global market opportunity.

Our aim is to be at the forefront of capturing a significant portion of this market through expert-crafted financial dictionaries, sophisticated prompts, and unique RAG optimizations, complemented by our proprietary AI models for precise data parsing and specialized embeddings. This comprehensive approach ensures we deliver the level of accuracy demanded by financial analysts.

With a major investment bank and fund manager already on board as early adopters, we are seeking talented individuals to join us on this journey.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a software engineer to be based in Turkey. The successful candidate will report to the Principal Engineer, who is a senior partner and a member of the management team.

The candidate's role is to support us in launching and maintaining a brand-new software product. The product will be deployed at global financial institutions and will use established generative AI models for analysing data.

Key areas that require development include the continual extension of the core of the application, deployment automatization and data security. The application is developed as a .NET 8 Blazor WebApp and is designed to be both a cloud-native and on-premise solution.

Our joint efforts will focus on:

• Establishing an extendable product foundation that can be integrated with all major cloud providers, focusing on a specific set of features for the initial release.
• Developing core functionalities, including data collection, analysis, and credit reporting capabilities powered by generative AI.
• Automating deployment processes for seamless integration in both cloud-native and on-premise environments.
• Enhancing system performance, reliability, and maintainability for enterprise-scale deployment.

TECH STACK:

Our technology stack includes:

• C# for the backend.
• REST APIs
• .NET 8
• Entity Framework Core for data persistence
• GitHub Actions for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Jira for project management.
• XUnit for testing.
• Docker for containerization, with additional tools for orchestration.
• REST APIs for communication with Large Multimodal Models (LMMs).
• JSON for data serialization.
• Azure, AWS, and GCP as cloud providers.

4.   REQUIRED SKILLS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5 to 10 years experience in software development, with the ability to tackle new problems effectively.
• Familiarity with our technology
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. At least B2 level.
• Stack like ours is advantageous but not mandatory.
