Here’s what we imagine you bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI and product design, with a portfolio that makes us go “Nice!”
- A knack for turning complex design problems into simple, beautiful, and scalable solutions
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or whatever your weapon of choice is
- A deep understanding of design systems and how to create and maintain them
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (shoutout to product managers and devs!)
- A user-first mindset—you know how to conduct research, test ideas, and iterate like a pro while telling stories, sparking emotions, and making users’ lives easier
- A love for staying ahead of the curve, with your finger on the pulse of design trends and emerging tech
- Great communication skills—you can explain your design decisions in a way that even your grandma or child would understand
- A proactive, “let’s make it happen” attitude that inspires everyone around you
What you’ll be doing here
- Designing experiences that wow: From wireframes to high-fidelity designs, you’ll craft solutions that are as functional as they are beautiful.
- Collaborating like a pro: You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Championing the user: You’ll conduct research, run usability tests, and use insights to create designs that truly resonate.
- Building design systems: You’ll help create and maintain systems that ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Sharing your genius: You’ll present your ideas to stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and inspire the team with your creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Staying curious: You’ll keep exploring new tools, trends, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative.
