Job Title: UX Designer with eCommerce/Web & Mobile App experience

Key Skills: Should have proven experience with UX designing, Web technologies, Native Mobile App experience, Figma experience, resource should include their Portfolio in detail, Portfolio should have extensive details but not just Visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Design Process:
- Lead UX efforts across web and mobile app projects from discovery to delivery: journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Apply systems thinking to ensure cohesive, scalable experiences across devices and brands.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interactions that meet both business goals and customer needs.
Understand and Advocate for the User:
- Design with empathy, leveraging user data, analytics, and insights to inform every decision.
- Participate in or help facilitate usability testing, needs-finding research, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Identify pain points in current experiences and propose actionable design improvements.
Collaborate and Influence:
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive alignment by participating in design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional workshops.
Deliver Excellence:
- Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design, adhering to brand guidelines and leveraging an existing design system.
- Provide and receive constructive critique with openness and respect.
- Ensure design intent is preserved through implementation by collaborating with developers and QA.
Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and/or native mobile app design.
- Proven track record in eCommerce or transactional product design, ideally with focus on checkout, account, order tracking, or returns.
- Expertise in Figma and common design/prototyping tools (Miro, Adobe CC, etc.).
- Experienced in gathering end-user input and conducting or participating in usability testing and needs-finding research.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially when presenting to cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent work-file organization and respect for sustainable but evolving design processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and comfort working in rapid, iterative delivery cycles.
- Ability to self-manage in a remote or hybrid setup, balancing multiple priorities and timelines.
