Job Summary

Our international Demand Generation Team is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with a passion for innovative projects and a drive to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment. If you're a strategic thinker who loves to experiment, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact, this is your chance to shine.

The role involves hands-on planning, executing, and managing online advertising campaigns across different platforms.

You will be a key player in supporting the development of the team's online advertising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads (including Instagram), Amazon Ads, and other advertising channels.
• Track, analyse, and translate insights into actionable next steps.
• Budget forecasting, monitoring and adjustment
• Fosters clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities through synergy with other departments
• Successfully spearheads innovative projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to work in a global environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of GA4

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Remote-based, might require travel to meet team in Poland a few times a year.

Key Competencies

• Strong Expertise in running campaigns in Google Ads
• Good Expertise in running Linkedin Ads campaigns
• 3+ years in the above-mentioned fields, preferably with marketing agency background.
