Software Engineer – Integrations

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and expand a suite of data integrations using external APIs, customer feedback, and cybersecurity standards.

• Identify opportunities to create reusable components and improve data collection efficiency.

• Build and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant cloud services that align with business and platform objectives.

• Manage internal and external communications related to integration development, updates, and roadmaps.

• Develop and maintain data integration APIs for internal systems and external client use.

• Participate in on-call rotations, support incident response, and contribute to observability and reliability improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and impactful delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Node.js, React, TypeScript, Golang, and cloud services such as AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, DynamoDB).

• Experience with infrastructure tools such as Docker, GitHub, Terraform, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.

• Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic and OpenTelemetry (OTEL).

• Proven experience designing and scaling data integrations, APIs, and distributed systems in an enterprise or startup environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and address complex customer requirements effectively.

• Passion for cybersecurity and a continuous learning approach toward emerging technologies and best practices.
