Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript, Javascript and Python)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript, Javascript and Python) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly build, ship, and test new applications on top of our AI platform to compete with and 10x existing SaaS tools.
• Get your hands dirty deep in the AI systems, as well as writing traditional application code.
• Bake AI into every part of your role to make it better, trying to automate it away so you can do 100 jobs at once.
• Be a thought leader in the enterprise AI space.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers.
• Guide the early technical architecture decisions that will resonate throughout the global economy for years to come.
• Establish the engineering culture–live the mission and set a standard.
• Help the product team craft the team vision, strategy, and roadmap while proposing innovative solutions, as well as understanding technical limitations.
• Drive key business metrics.
• Have an inordinate amount of fun.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree (Computer Science preferred).
• 8+ years of professional experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go).
• Experience and desire to own new products from zero to one, from system design to implementation to deployment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript (nice to have).
• Experience with LLM Operations and prompt engineering (nice to have).
• Excitement, ambition, and fun.
