Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of professional design experience, who can serve as a strategic creative partner to our Internal Communications team. You will help shape how stories are told, influence creative direction, and elevate the visual language of NiCE’s internal brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and enhance the impact of internal communication initiatives. You will be expected to bring stories to life through compelling, thoughtful design.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

• 5-6 years of professional design experience, ideally in corporate communications, marketing, or enterprise-focused agencies.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
• Demonstrated experience developing design concepts – not just assets – for internal or corporate environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual composition, typography, brand identity, and digital assets.
• Ability to think strategically, understand communication goals, and shape creative solutions accordingly.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams and guiding stakeholders on visual best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Exposure to motion graphics, UX/UI, or video editing (nice-to-have).

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Graphics Designer supporting Internal Communications, you will:

• Develop visually engaging designs for internal campaigns, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and digital communication channels.
• Create branding elements, infographics, layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics (where relevant).
• Translate complex messages into clear, appealing visual formats.
• Support design needs for employee experience, HR & L&D programs, leadership messaging, and major events including All Hands and innovation challenges.
• Ensure brand compliance and high-quality design standards across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design priorities while maintaining timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an expert in visual storytelling, layout composition, and user-centric design approaches.
• Continuously explore new visual trends and tools relevant to internal communications.
