Duties:
• In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support the CLIENT’s for Nonprofits team as we educate and work with nonprofits on improving their cybersecurity. Thousands of nonprofits around the world trust CLIENT’s to help them safely use the technology they need. We’re looking for a mission-driven collaborator to support our nonprofit GTM motions and programs.
• As our nonprofit marketing lead, you’ll combine your business acumen and nonprofit expertise, with customer insights to help the sector understand the benefits of and urgent need for CLIENT’s technology. This is a dynamic role, where you’ll work with customers, partners, cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on a variety of marketing and customer needs.
• You’ll help to determine product-market fit, buying signals, customer readiness. You’ll take those insights to develop messaging, sales enablement, and drive marketing programs from start to finish . This is a great opportunity for collaborators with multi-disciplinary experience who can confidently source input and feedback from cross-functional teams and customers, and then deliver and execute on programs.
• The core purpose of this role is to broaden CLIENT’s impact through customer and user growth, and data and expertise delivered to the sector. This is not a traditional marketing role: you’ll optimize for social impact, always centering on the needs and interests of our nonprofit customers. CLIENT’s for Nonprofits is a part of the Social Impact and Sustainability Team (a.k.a. CLIENT’s for Good).
What you’ll achieve in this role:
• Determine product-market fit, hone messaging, and help to build out product use cases.
• Execute a marketing and content strategy across a variety of tactics.
• Create a variety of content that communicates the value of cybersecurity, including blogs, whitepapers, customer journeys, video, webinars, presentation decks, blogs, and email and social copy
• Build or update thought leadership and product content centered around customer problems and use cases that can be leveraged across sales and marketing teams.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop creative concepts, themes, and assets to support content promotion.
• Measure, report on, optimize, marketing program performance.
• Support our nonprofit GTM positioning and messaging, sales enablement, and partner programs.
• Collaborate with regional and partner marketing teams on nonprofit event planning.
• Support in other areas like project management, thought partnership with the rest of the CLIENT’s for Good team, and long-term content planning.
• AI will be a thought partner alongside you in this work, and enable you to move with speed, but we expect you to be the expert. CLIENT’s has strict AI use policies and outputs will be thoroughly reviewed by you.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or product marketing functions. Customer-facing experience a plus.
• Exemplary copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple language.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects at once and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders; experience with Asana a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and optimization tactics to maximize content performance.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-sufficient with an ownership mentality: can complete tasks and projects independently and within groups with limited management required.
