Role: Marketing Data Operations Analyst

Location: Remote

Client is seeking a Marketing Data Operations Analyst to join our Global Marketing Data Operations team.

This role supports the systems, processes, and technologies that power our global go-to-market organization. You will help manage marketing data, contact acquisition, lead routing, and operational tooling to ensure Marketing and Sales teams have accurate data and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support contact acquisition, data enrichment, and data quality initiatives across marketing and sales systems.
• Assist with maintaining and testing LeanData routing logic, assignment rules, and operational workflows.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity and lead routing issues within Salesforce and related platforms.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, integrations, and new technologies.
• Build and maintain operational reports, dashboards, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and increase operational efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and solve business problems.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and/or LeanData.
• Familiarity with marketing or sales technology platforms.
• Basic SQL, reporting, or business intelligence experience.
