Role: Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale demand generation across the Americas. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong growth marketing expertise with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
You will be responsible for driving pipeline performance, identifying gaps across the funnel, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, data-driven campaigns. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, working closely with Field Marketing, Campaigns, Digital, Marketing Operations, and Sales.

Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation (cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology preferred)
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Deep understanding of pipeline generation, funnel management, and performance metrics Experience running integrated, multi-channel campaigns at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems
