Role: Growth Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation initiatives for our Public Sector Healthcare (PSHC) segment across the Americas.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of marketing into public sector and healthcare organizations—long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying groups, and regulatory considerations—and can translate that into targeted, high-impact campaigns.
You will work cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Digital, Growth Marketing Operations, and Sales (SDR/GDR) to identify pipeline gaps and execute programmes that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive PSHC Pipeline Growth
• Partner with PSHC Field Marketing to identify pipeline gaps and build targeted campaigns across priority accounts and segments
• Develop and execute demand generation programs aligned to regional and segment priorities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize content syndication and paid social campaigns tailored to PSHC audiences
• Align with central digital teams on broader programs (SEM, paid social, display) to maximize reach and performance
Nurture & Lifecycle Marketing
• Design and implement nurture programs that reflect PSHC buying cycles and stakeholder complexity
• Support progression of leads through the funnel with targeted messaging and content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Growth Marketing Operations to build, launch, and report on campaigns in Marketo
• Align with SDR/GDR and Sales teams to ensure effective follow-up and conversion
Data, Insights & Optimization
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and insights
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline velocity
Vendor & Budget Management
• Manage external vendors and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage lead set up in Integrate and ensure weekly leads are being monitored and tracked for maximum campaign efficiency
• Track and optimize spend in alignment with Growth Marketing leadership
Database Growth & Targeting
• Expand and enrich the PSHC database with high-quality, relevant contacts
• Ensure precise segmentation and targeting aligned to PSHC personas and buying groups
Growth Marketing Initiatives
• Work with peers in Growth Marketing on big rock focus areas that align to global initiatives and collaborate with relevant teams for execution
Requirements:
• Experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology)
• Experience marketing to Public Sector and/or Healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of procurement processes, regulatory considerations, and complex buying cycles
• Proven ability to build and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns particularly in content syndication
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, funnel metrics, and campaign performance
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and operations teams
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
