Required Qualifications Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of professional design experience. Strong ability to communicate ideas and influence decisions. Demonstrated understanding of industry standards. Strong time and issue management skills. Experience executing work end-to-end. Ability to give and receive critiques. Proficiency in relevant design tools.
