· Own messaging and assets that highlight the value of IAM applications and solutions, targeting high-priority LOBs, personas, and use cases.
· Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to generate demand, convert opportunities, and drive awareness by activating your solutions messaging.
· Support the development and prioritization of our product roadmap for applications targeting priority Lines of Business.
· Conduct market analysis and research to identify customer needs, refine messaging, and prioritize go-to-market opportunities for your target LOBs and use cases.
· Develop and maintain feedback loops with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are being fulfilled and content is performing with key customer audiences.
· Build a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive the success and effectiveness of our narrative and resources.
· Create and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences both in person and virtually.
· Monitor and report on product performance and key trends for your focus audiences.
· Partner with International Solutions Marketing team members in-region to support localization and transcreation of priority content for international markets.
· Partner with Core Product Marketing team members to identify key product and feature launches relevant to your LOBs/personas
Use Case Data Analysis experience.
Key requirements:
5+ years product marketing or equivalent experience in B2B SaaS space.
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience marketing multi-product solutions.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, and Product Management
Self-starter who can successfully drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
Proven ability to understand and simplify complex topics into simple, compelling messaging that is understandable for non-technical audiences.
Preferred requirements
Experience in one or more of the following categories: eSignature, Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Human Capital Management (HCM) Human Resources Information Management (HRIS), Legal Case Management or Document Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other business process automation tools.
Experience marketing to one or more of the following LOBs: Legal, Customer Experience, IT, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement
Experience partnering with Product Management teams to develop long-term product roadmaps for software solutions.
