Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager (Marketo & Salesforce)
Pay Rate: $60 to $65/HR

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm with lunch
This position is for the Marketing division.
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager
- The Marketing Automation Manager is a technology savvy, self-starter who feels comfortable working at the intersection of sales, marketing, and client services to develop and communicate best practices, set up and execute campaigns to ensure the contact database is leveraged for optimal results, and to monitor integration between CRM and Marketo.
- This position will work closely with the Demand Generation and Revenue Operations teams to develop and manage effective, efficient outbound marketing, lead nurturing, and landing page development programs.
- Candidate will create, deploy, track, and adjust programs based on results reporting and analysis.
What you will do
- Work closely with Demand Generation team to develop and manage lead nurturing and campaign management processes
- Technical execution for email campaigns such as blast and trigger email programs that include welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell, and upgrade programs
- Build campaigns and lead-nurturing programs using our marketing automation tools
- Create and update emails and online forms
- Setup and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, e-mail campaigns, and lead scoring rules
- Test pending campaigns within all browsers/web configurations
- Understand how data flows through the marketing automation platform to ensure segments are using all available data, and that data is consistently and accurately being provided to sales
- Configure A/B testing strategies and ideas based on best practices and learnings
- Analyze results by segment, campaign, company classification, and other key slices of our market and customer base
- Distill data from analytics and implement improvements to our lead-generation programs
- Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI
- Work with team to develop and deliver necessary analytics and reporting views
- Develop and communicate guidelines and best practices to sales, marketing, and client services to ensure optimal use of the tool
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, advertising and communications, preferably B2B
- The ideal candidate will have experience marketing SaaS (Service-as-a-Software) solutions, highly desired
- Salesforce.com experience required
- Marketo experience required
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
