Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead and execute key marketing initiatives, with a focus on building and scaling our demand generation function. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content strategy, product marketing, and event management and a passion for maximizing marketing efforts across a customer’s lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the B2B SaaS space.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation across target markets.
  • Demand Generation: Build and optimize scalable demand generation programs across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline.
  • Event Strategy and Management: Lead strategy and execution for in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences, webinars, and InformData-hosted experiences, leveraging a cohesive campaign approach to drive brand visibility and maximize lead acquisition.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization: Own the execution and continual optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strong conversion metrics and ROI, establishing data-driven performance transparency across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and events, leveraging a player-coach approach to lead from the front and establish a performance standard for the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, customer success, executive leadership, and other teams as needed to ensure tight alignment between marketing efforts and company priorities.
  • Brand and Messaging: Strengthen InformData’s brand presence and refine messaging to clearly communicate our value proposition to multiple customer segments. Partner with sales, customer success, and product to ensure all teams are communicating on brand.
  • Content and Product Marketing: Oversee the creation of compelling content and product marketing materials that effectively communicate InformData's value proposition, partnering with subject matter experts and product team members to develop, execute and evangelize content against a master content calendar.
  • Analytics and Performance Management: Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to improve marketing outcomes and communicate impact to all relevant stakeholders including leadership
  • Budget Management: Parter with the CRO to develop, manage and optimize the overall marketing budget.
  • Customer Marketing: Create a customer marketing strategy that aligns with the broader company strategy and drives deeper engagement with existing customers.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling demand generation programs in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools and proven success driving pipeline from them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven success developing and executing against a marketing strategy that engages prospective and current customers at various conversion and lifecycle stages.
  • Proven success orchestrating a creative, collaborative B2B integrated marketing strategy with a clear approach on how to measure performance and adjust approaches accordingly.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach to marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or data-driven industries; experience in background screening, HR tech, or risk solutions is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time and use of workstation.
  • The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • This position may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives
