User Interface Designer

SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER (ERP SYSTEMS)

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives on high autonomy and extreme ownership. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a manual or a detailed brief to get started. We need a designer who can jump into our systems, understand the logic independently, and work effectively without existing documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent Problem Solving: Ability to reverse-engineer existing workflows and business logic. You should be able to dive into the product and start designing without needing extensive documentation or hand-holding.

Product Ownership: Take full accountability for the design lifecycle. You are responsible for the "work product" from concept to handoff.

ERP Strategy: Simplify complex workflows (logistics, CRM, or project management) into intuitive interfaces. Your designs should be so clear that they eventually eliminate the need for end-user documentation.

Transparent Execution: While you work independently, you provide "proof of work" through granular daily updates and organized design files.

REQUIREMENTS

Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal documentation. You don't wait for a guide; you figure out how things work and how to make them better.

Senior-Level Experience: Extensive background in B2B SaaS or ERP systems. You understand the "why" behind complex data structures.

Unconventional Thinking: You prefer building products over "clearing tickets." You rely on logic and intuition to solve architectural design problems.

Communication: High-transparency communication is a must. You operate well in a remote-first environment where ownership is the primary metric of success.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Monthly Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-time)

Location: Remote
