Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating seamless user experiences and visually engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and pixel-perfect UI designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure design consistency.
• Ensure final UI designs meet usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness standards.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide ongoing support during development.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior data.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating past UI/UX work and design process.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with animation/motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Understanding of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization.
