About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our products/services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, IT industry trends, and digital marketing strategies to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee brand positioning, demand generation, and digital marketing efforts.
- Lead and optimize SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure lead generation and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to drive data-driven decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI on campaigns.
- Drive thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in IT/Tech companies).
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital growth strategies.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRM, automation tools, and analytics.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
