About the Role
Infogenx is looking for a Digital Marketing Growth & Content Manager to join us as a freelance growth partner. This role is ideal for a self-driven marketer who wants to own growth outcomes and share in the profits, rather than work in a fixed-salary model.
You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, inbound leads, and revenue growth through content-led and performance-driven digital marketing.Key Responsibilities
Own and execute digital growth strategy aligned to business goals
Drive inbound leads through content marketing, LinkedIn, SEO, and paid campaigns
Plan and create high-quality content (LinkedIn posts, blogs, landing pages, case studies)
Manage and grow Infogenx’s LinkedIn presence (company + leadership branding)
Run and optimise LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads (if required)
Track performance, funnels, and ROI; optimise continuously
Work closely with founders to align marketing with sales and offerings
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
Strong in content + demand generation (B2B / IT / SaaS / Consulting preferred)
Hands-on and execution-focused (not just strategy)
Comfortable working independently and owning results
Clear communicator who can translate technical services into business value
Nice to Have
Experience marketing IT Services, Automation, AI, Data & Cloud
Experience in Automation the Digital Marketing Tasks
Experience with LinkedIn personal branding & founder-led growth
Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Zoho, GA4, etc.)
