Position Overview
We’re seeking a visionary Marketing Director to elevate Infocare’s brand, drive lead generation, and strengthen our presence in the international education community. This role will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution—digital, offline, and events—positioning Infocare as the No.1 choice for customized IT solutions in China

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company growth.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, WeChat, email, webinars) and create impactful collateral.
- Partner with Sales to drive lead generation, nurture pipelines, and optimize CRM workflows.
- Build and manage professional communities; design engagement activities (webinars, AMAs, surveys).
- Plan and deliver industry events (conferences, roundtables, workshops).

Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English & Mandarin.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (ed-tech or IT services preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities.
