Graphic Designer

We have an opportunity for a Graphic Designer (6-month contract to start) to join our Strategic CommBusiness Operations team, based in Mexico City, reporting to our Director, Corporate Communications. In this pivotal role, you will use your artistic abilities to create and communicate design ideas and concepts in support of Infoblox internal programs and initiatives. The designer will be responsible for ideating concepts, designing (both print and online) collateral, including presentations and content for all-employee meetings and executive presentations, all which creatively and consistently reflect the company’s brand identity. This role requires you to be highly creative, articulate, and demonstrate excellent communication across teams. While this position requires a high degree of collaboration with various internal businesses, the ability to work independently is a must.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end visual design strategies for internal communications across multiple platforms (print, digital, video).
  • Create visually engaging presentations, infographics, and templates for all-employee meetings and executive communications.
  • Use AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney) to accelerate concept development, generate variations, and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh, innovative design approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals.
  • Stay current on design trends, AI advancements, and emerging technologies in visual communication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong PowerPoint design skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g., generative image tools, automated layout systems).
  • Strong conceptual skills with expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to adapt designs for web and mobile platforms
  • Experience with video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
  • Self-starter but also be able to take creative direction well and effectively
  • Ability to practice discretion while working with confidential information
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required, including examples of AI-enhanced projects (if available)
  • BA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field.

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months: Establish a robust internal design system and template library for presentations, infographics, and all‑hands assets, ensuring brand consistency across print, digital, and video. Stand up AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate concepting and variations, reducing cycle time while maintaining quality and accessibility.

One Year: Own the end‑to‑end internal visual identity and motion toolkit for company‑wide programs, elevating production value while scaling globally. Formalize design operations with a living playbook, service catalog, and metrics that show faster turnaround, higher template adoption, and strong partner satisfaction.

Belong— Your Community

Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward. In a community where every voice counts, continuous learning is the norm. So, whether you code, create, sell, or care for customers, you’ll grow and belong here.

Be Rewarded — Benefits That Help You Grow, Thrive, Belong

  • Comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and flexible work options
  • Learning opportunities, career-mobility programs, and leadership workshops
  • Sixteen paid volunteer hours each year, global employee resource groups, and a “No Jerks” policy that keeps collaboration healthy
  • Modern offices with EV charging, healthy snacks (and the occasional cupcake), plus hackathons, game nights, and culture celebrations
  • Charitable Giving Program supported by Company Match
