About The Role
McLean & Company is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to help us grow our business by generating high-quality leads and driving pipeline. You’ll lead the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing programs, working closely with teams across paid advertising, SEO, CRO, and sales.
You’ll work cross-functionally with key partners in paid advertising, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), Marketing operations and sales to build coordinated campaigns that generate pipeline and fuel company growth. From lead generation strategy and nurture programs to lead management and sales support, you’ll own the plan and performance of our demand generation engine.
This is a great opportunity for a results-driven marketer who loves building campaigns, optimizing the funnel, and aligning closely with sales to deliver measurable impact.
