Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator experienced in the B2B and IT or software industry. This role involves developing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies focused on establishing our marketing department
The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company and the external marketing agency, manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, and closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of lead generation and brand visibility goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) lists for each telesales representative.
- Develop cold call tele scripts in coordination with Account Executives.
- Train telesales team on effective cold calling techniques and objection handling.
- Set up and launch campaigns via marketing tools for email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Coordinate with the marketing agency to manage and execute digital campaigns.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase online visibility.
- Continuously audit and monitor campaign performance and analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar and oversee the creation of blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, videos, and case studies.
- Support the deployment and integration of marketing tools (CRM, email automation, analytics, etc.).
- Liaise with key stakeholders to plan and prepare for events and trade shows.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing or Business Administration or any related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B and IT or Software industry
- Strong knowledge in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Strong understanding of ERP software marketing.
