Role Overview: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for our digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and client projects. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a flair for translating ideas into captivating visuals, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas aligned with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various digital platforms and meet client branding guidelines.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design expertise.
• Attention to detail and a knack for visual storytelling.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Prior experience in digital marketing design is a plus.
• Experience of atleast 3+ years in designing.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 6p.m. - 2a.m. IST
• Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary & Trial Period:

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• Trial Period: Candidates must complete a 15-day paid trial period before final confirmation for the role.
