# Job Description Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Frontend-Oriented)

We are looking for a passionate full-stack developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience building web applications end to end, with proven expertise in modern frontend frameworks, component architecture, and delivering polished user interfaces. Experience with backend development is also important, but frontend excellence is key.

You will work closely with our Product and Tech teams to develop new features and improve existing products, contributing across the stack while taking ownership of the frontend quality and experience.

Although flexible hours and remote work are offered, this position is primarily remote with our offices located in Madrid. You will be expected to attend in-person meetings at least once every two months.

# Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend features and user interfaces using modern frameworks and tools.
Contribute to backend development as needed, ensuring integration with frontend components and overall system performance.
Analyze product requirements, provide technical feedback, and estimate implementation efforts.
Advocate for and maintain frontend best practices, including component reusability, accessibility, performance, and clean architecture.
Coordinate and manage deployments across different environments, ensuring stability and traceability.
Write and maintain end-to-end tests, as well as unit/integration tests for both frontend and backend code.
Collaborate closely with the tech team to plan and execute new features, technical improvements, and refactoring.
Document key technical decisions and implementations for internal use and team knowledge sharing.

# The Skillset

5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in full-stack roles, with a strong focus on frontend development.
At least 3 years of experience with React in production environments.
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, responsive design, and performance best practices.
Experience with Node.js for backend development.
Experience working with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and building end-to-end features.
Comfortable with tools such as Git (GitHub) and project/task management platforms like Jira.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, including participating in meetings and discussions; fluent English-Spanish communication is a plus.
