The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing engaging content specifically tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role involves not only leading the creative direction but also collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creative Direction & Strategy:

Lead the visual storytelling and creative strategy for Infloww’s social media and video content.
Help to develop and implement a cohesive design approach that aligns with our brand identity and engages both B2C (creators) and B2B (agencies) audiences.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative content execution.

Content Production & Execution:

Oversee and execute the end-to-end design process for social media content, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging narratives.
Enhance video content with motion graphics, animations, typography, and high-quality visual effects.
Ensure all content is optimized for different platforms, adhering to best practices and technical specifications.

Collaboration & Project Management:

Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to develop a strategic content calendar.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high production standards.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience & Leadership:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design, video content creation, and editing for social media.
Proven track record of leading creative projects and design teams.
Experience in the tech, digital content creation, or entertainment industry is preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation, and digital effects is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.

Creative & Communication Skills:

Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for high-quality design.
An understanding of platform-specific trends and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback.

Additional Skills:

Understanding of SEO principles for social content.
Knowledge of the OnlyFans platform and creator economy is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
