The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to be the founding member of our Lifecycle team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is ready to own this function end-to-end, lay the foundation for scalable programs, and grow into a leadership role as the company and team expand.
You’ll design and execute sophisticated customer journeys across HubSpot, Customer.io and Intercom, using segmentation, automation, and data-driven insights to move users from signup to activation, retention, and expansion. In addition to being hands-on, you’ll help shape the long-term vision for lifecycle marketing at Infloww and eventually build and lead a high-performing team.
You’ll work closely with product marketing, sales, success, and support to create frictionless, high-converting user experiences that drive measurable impact across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the foundation of lifecycle marketing at Infloww—owning the strategy, execution, and long-term roadmap for the function.
- Design, implement, and optimize multi-touch onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized communications to agencies and partners based on their unique needs.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns (email, in-app, telegram, whatsapp) to drive activation, engagement, and retention.
- Write clear, compelling messaging that moves users to action.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
- Partner with PMM, sales, product, and support teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with business objectives.
- Maintain CRM and data hygiene standards to ensure accuracy, scalability, and clean reporting.
- Future-proof the function: help define hiring needs and build a lifecycle marketing team as the company scales.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing in a B2B SaaS environment with strong PLG motion.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Intercom and strong experience with Customer.io and Hubspot.
- Proven ability to design, launch, and scale lifecycle programs from the ground up.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience interpreting campaign and product usage data to inform strategy.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for high-converting lifecycle communications.
- Solid experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Ability to think holistically across the entire customer journey.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus Points
- 1+ years of leadership experience (managing direct reports, contractors, or cross-functional pods).
- SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in the creator economy or with creator-focused businesses.
- Background in supporting both sales-assisted and self-serve journeys in a B2B2C context.
