Job Description:
The Global Digital Marketing team is looking for a Senior Specialist – Search Marketing (SEO + AEO + Content Strategy) to drive search marketing initiatives. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who can improve brand visibility, strengthen online presence, and support broader digital marketing objectives through effective search marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and execute end-to-end search marketing (SEO + AEO) campaigns across multiple digital assets.
- Plan and support global content strategy aligned with SEO initiatives to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, and project managers to implement content strategies based on search marketing recommendations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and develop effective search marketing strategies.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and on-page optimization to maintain search engine visibility.
- Analyze search performance and prepare insightful reports and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, including AI-powered search, and implement best practices.
- Contribute to developing search marketing guidelines, particularly around AI-powered search.
- Improve team efficiency through automation and effective use of marketing tools.
- Integrate search marketing with other digital marketing channels to achieve broader business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with up-to-date knowledge of AI-powered search optimization.
- Strong content strategy experience, including search-driven content architecture, user intent, and customer buying journeys.
- Ability to define content themes, keyword strategies, and map content to customer journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
