JOB OVERVIEW
As an essential part of the Marketing team and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth within their region as assigned. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, collaborating with central marketing teams, brand presidents, and local marketing coordinators to ensure high-performance marketing outcomes.
As the primary marketing leader within a designated region, the RMM is responsible for budget oversight, campaign performance, data analysis, and optimizing marketing programs to ensure ROI. This role is also responsible for identifying synergies across brands, standardizing best
practices, and ensuring marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Ideal applicants for the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast Regional Marketing Manager presently reside in Virginia or Florida to facilitate on site presence at our Brands as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business growth goals. Own day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution across digital, traditional, and local marketing initiatives. Work closely with local brands to manage the demand generation marketing, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Provide insights and direction to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and referral strategies.
- Data & Analytics: Ensure consistent measurement and accountability for marketing performance, leveraging data-driven insights for optimization. Collaborate with central marketing teams (Digital, SEO, Lead Generation) to validate data accuracy, interpret trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead volume, ROI, conversion rates, and brand performance metrics.
- Budget Management & Performance Optimization: Develop, track, and manage the marketing budget for assigned brands, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend. Forecast marketing expenses and ensure alignment with overall financial targets. Identify opportunities to optimize spend by reallocating budgets based on performance and strategic priorities.
- Cross-Brand Synergies & Standardization: Identify, implement, and manage cross-brand synergies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across marketing programs. Develop standardized playbooks and toolkits that can be scaled across multiple brands. Work with the central team to create shared processes, negotiate vendor contracts, and leverage economies of scale.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, LSA, paid social, and website strategy, in partnership with central digital teams. Oversee regional execution of direct mail, traditional media (TV, radio, billboards), local events, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing efforts. Work with creative teams to develop and refine brand messaging, ensuring alignment with overarching brand identity.
- Agency & Vendor Relations: Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team to manage relationships with marketing agencies, media vendors, and third-party service providers. Provide input on brand-specific marketing needs and ensure agency partners deliver measurable value.
- Local Events & Community Engagement: Develop and oversee local event strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Work closely with brands to execute events, track performance, and integrate event-driven leads into the broader marketing funnel. Identify strategic sponsorship opportunities that align with brand positioning and regional market dynamics.
- Customer Loyalty & Referral Marketing: Support programs that drive repeat business and customer referrals. Work with sales teams and local marketers to enhance customer experience touchpoints that lead to brand advocacy. Optimize review solicitation processes and manage online reputation strategies.
- Lead Management & Conversion Optimization: Partner with inside sales, customer service, and digital teams to improve lead conversion rates. Analyze the marketing funnel to identify gaps and implement solutions to increase speed-to-lead and overall conversion efficiency. Ensure marketing automation tools (email, SMS, outbound) support customer engagement and lead nurturing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and lead generation.
- Experience in home services, franchise marketing, or multi-brand environments is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage regional marketing budgets, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Strong understanding of paid and organic digital marketing, direct response, local marketing, traditional media, event marketing, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

COMPENSATION
Salary range $115,000 – $125,000 base per year plus performance bonus
