Infinite’s portfolio of established and globally recognized brands reaches audiences around the world through on and offline marketing and sales presence, and the role of Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations is critical to establishing and maintaining awareness and reach of legacy Infinite brands.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing products and customers. This role is responsible for overseeing research, process management, strategic projects, and budget oversight while ensuring alignment across strategy, content, creative, and media teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Develop and implement operational frameworks that enhance team efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve cross-functional coordination.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and within budget. Work closely with product, sales, and eCommerce teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals and customer experience improvements.
- Marketing Calendar Management: Own and maintain a consolidated marketing calendar across all Infinite Electronics brands to provide a holistic view of marketing activities. Ensure integration with product launch timelines, promotional campaigns, and major business initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive environment and emerging consumer trends to inform strategic decision-making. Provide actionable recommendations based on competitor benchmarking, pricing strategies, and industry shifts.
- Strategic Project Management: Lead marketing strategic projects and oversee marketing transformation initiatives, focusing on improving measurement, customer research, segmentation, and persona development. Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Lean) to improve execution speed and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Develop and optimize marketing processes to drive efficiency and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects. Identify bottlenecks, implement automation solutions, and standardize workflows for repeatable success.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of expenses across all marketing initiatives. Analyze spend effectiveness, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure ROI-driven budget allocation.
- Communication: Serve as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on initiatives. Develop structured reporting frameworks to update senior leadership on marketing performance, project milestones, and strategic initiatives.
- Technology & Martech Integration: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to enhance marketing operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing operations, ensuring data-driven insights are used to optimize campaign effectiveness, resource allocation, and process efficiency.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure marketing operations adhere to regulatory requirements, data privacy policies (GDPR, CCPA), and brand standards to mitigate risks and enhance brand integrity.
Required Experience, Interpersonal And Leadership Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and pivoting strategies when necessary.
- Passionate about customer-lead marketing and research
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership.
- Proven experience leading marketing transformation projects, including improving measurement frameworks, customer segmentation, and persona development.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms for tracking performance and managing workflows.

Reports To: Vice President of Marketing
