Position Description
Infinite Electronics is a global provider of electronic components, assemblies, and solutions serving the Engineering and Technical Buyer’s urgent demands. Infinite’s portfolio of established and globally recognized brands reaches audiences around the world through on and offline marketing and sales presence, and the role of Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations is critical to establishing and maintaining awareness and reach of legacy Infinite brands.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers. This role is responsible for overseeing paid and owned media across the entire customer journey, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is key.
General Duties And Responsibilities
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the tracking and analysis of the entire customer journey, including lead generation, conversions, adoption, renewal, and upsell to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Data-Driven Growth Strategies: Use data and analytics to develop innovative approaches for user acquisition, customer engagement, and retention, turning customers into brand advocates.
- Demand Generation & Revenue Accountability: Own and drive demand generation strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing revenue, pipeline, and sales efficiency targets.
- Campaign Development & Optimization: Create, execute, and optimize marketing and promotional campaigns that drive end-user adoption and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization that impact customer experience, ensuring a seamless and effective marketing-to-sales pipeline.
- Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify the largest areas for growth and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans.
- A/B & Multivariate Testing: Lead experimentation strategies to test content performance, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Full-Funnel Media Planning: Work closely with marketing strategy teams to develop integrated media plans that attract and retain customers while achieving campaign and brand KPIs.
- Marketing Budget & Spend Optimization: Manage working media spend and partner with analytics teams to continuously refine the marketing mix for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Strategic Partnerships & Activations: Identify external partners and activation opportunities based on customer profiles, campaign goals, and market trends.
- Performance Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous optimization.
- Emerging Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, AI-driven personalization, and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Experience, Interpersonal And Leadership Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and priorities while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, aligning strategies across departments.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing tools and platforms for media management, performance tracking, and customer segmentation.
- Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies and execution plans as needed to maximize growth opportunities.
