Role: Pega Developer – Provider Data Management

Location: Offshore / India

Experience: 6–10 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pega Developer to support provider data orchestration and workflow automation for Elevance Health. This role focuses on designing and implementing business rules, case management, and integrations supporting provider onboarding, updates, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop Pega PRPC applications
• Build and manage provider‑centric workflows, validations, and SLAs
• Implement business rules, decision tables, and integrations
• Work closely with business analysts, data teams, and frontend teams
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and performance standards
• Support SIT/UAT, production releases, and post‑go‑live warranty support
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Pega PRPC (8.x)
• Experience with Case Management, Data Pages, Decision Rules, and Integrations
• Hands‑on with REST/SOAP services
• Experience in performance tuning and rule optimization
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflow automation

Nice to Have

• Experience in Healthcare / Payer / Provider operations
• Exposure to Provider onboarding or master data management use cases
• Pega CSSA / CSA certification
• Experience working in Agile delivery models
