Data Scientist /Inglés C1+

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist who meets all of the following mandatory requirements, to join high-impact projects focused on data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling. Mandatory Requirements

• Colombia-based with immediate availability.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• English level C1 or higher (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proven experience developing predictive models (classification, regression, forecasting, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Azure ML, Synapse, etc.).
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Solid knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Availability to work according to Mexico’s working hours (Central Time).
• Observance of Mexico’s public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate predictive machine learning models.
• Build and implement scalable data-driven solutions.
• Develop and manage robust data pipelines and preprocessing workflows.
• Use Azure tools for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Actively participate in English-speaking meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance throughout the modeling lifecycle.
