Key responsibilities in your new role

• 日本市場における民生機器・産業機器向け半導体製品の市場戦略および販路戦略の立案・実行
• 直販および代理店チャネルを活用した製品プロモーション、ポジショニング、価格戦略の策定
• 営業およびFAEチームと連携した売上・Design Win目標の管理および達成
• 顧客要求や市場動向を分析し、新製品のポジショニング、価格設定、ロードマップ策定に関する提案を開発部門へフィードバック
• 国内外のマーケティングチーム、代理店およびパートナー企業との協業による案件発掘とビジネス拡大
• トレードショー、ウェビナー、SNS、技術セミナーなどを活用した新製品・新技術の市場プロモーション活動
• 需給状況を踏まえた生産キャパシティ確保および納期調整に関する社内外折衝
• ロボティクス市場向けマーケティング戦略の立案およびビジネス開拓Text1

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

Must to have...

• 半導体業界におけるマーケティング、FAE（Field Application Engineer）、またはApplication Engineerとしての実務経験（5年以上）

• マイコン、ASIC、ロジックICなどの半導体製品に関する知識・経験 以下いずれかの分野に関する知識またはマーケティング経験

• モーター制御ソリューション

• 産業機器向けシステム

• コンシューマ機器向けシステム

• パワー半導体

• センサー製品

• コネクティビティ・通信製品

• スマート家電

• HMI（Human Machine Interface）

• Edge IoT

• 半導体業界の市場動向、技術トレンド、競争環境に関する理解

• 営業、マーケティング、エンジニアリングなど部門横断型プロジェクトにおける協業経験

• PCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等）

• 論理的思考力および問題解決能力

• チームワークを重視し、自律的に業務を推進できる方

• 英語によるコミュニケーション能力（メール、会議、プレゼンテーション等）
• グローバル企業またはグローバルチームとの業務経験
