Position: Sales and Marketing Head
Location: Remote
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Who We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and creative Sales and Marketing Head who:
- Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or growth roles
- Energetic, digital-native thinkers preferred
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
- Has a proven track record — e.g., previously led campaigns that doubled sales or significantly improved brand visibility
- Understands the mental health market or shows a deep, demonstrated interest in it
- Is passionate about working across B2C, B2B, and B2G models — we want a full-stack growth leader
- Brings a startup mindset — agile, proactive, impact-driven, and excited to build from 0 to 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead end-to-end marketing and sales strategies across all business verticals
- Spearhead customer and client acquisition through innovative, high-impact campaigns
- Forge strategic B2B and B2G partnerships with corporates, institutions, and government bodies
- Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize based on data and insights
- Shape and evolve the brand narrative and go-to-market roadmap in collaboration with leadership
- Identify and experiment with growth hacks and scaling strategies
